Celebrity & Chef Cooking Demonstrations
Watch with excitement as local chefs team up with local celebrities to put on tantalizing cooking demonstrations featuring rice.

Attempt to break the Guinness World Record™ for the world’s Largest SPAM® Musubi
We will attempt to break the Guinness World Record™ for the world’s Largest SPAM® Musubi (628 lbs) at this year’s Rice Fest. Come and witness the spectacle for yourself.

4th Annual Da SPAM Musubi Eating Contest
Think you got what it takes to be on the next episode of Kanak vs. Food? Battle your will against other kanak attackers in Da SPAM Musubi Eating Contest. The contestant who downs the most SPAM Musubis in the shortest amount of time wins! Returning champ “Uncle Rodney” is ready to take you down!

Official Rice Donation Center
Rice donation centers will be on site to collect your generous brown rice and monetary donations for our beneficiary Lanakila Meals on Wheels, so bring your brown rice with you to the event! There will be collection areas at the Lanakila Pacific / Info booth, Oceanic Time Warner Cable booth, Channel808 booth and the VH07V booth.
