Attempt to break the Guinness World Record™ for the world's Largest SPAM® Musubi
We will attempt to break the Guinness World Record™ for the world's Largest SPAM® Musubi at this year's Rice Fest. The current record is 286 pounds! Come and witness the spectacle for yourself.

3rd Annual Da SPAM Musubi Eating Contest
Think you got what it takes to be on the next episode of Kanak vs. Food? Battle your will against other kanak attackers in Da SPAM Musubi Eating Contest. The contestant who downs the most SPAM Musubis in the shortest amount of time wins! Returning champ "Uncle Rodney" is ready to take you down!

Official Rice Donation Center
Rice donation centers will be on site to collect your generous brown rice and monetary donations for our beneficiary Lanakila Meals on Wheels, so bring your brown rice with you to the event! There will be collection areas at the Lanakila Pacific / Info booth, Oceanic Time Warner Cable booth, Channel808 booth and the VH07V booth.

All About Rice – Rice Education Booth
University of Hawaii at Manoa's Department of Human Nutrition, Food, and Animal Science educator Dr. Maria Stewart will share her current research in an interactive display entitled "Rice: A Food for Every Body!"
